Cheesy Garlic Butter Biscuit Bombs

 

Instructions:

Strep 1

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.

Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.

Flatten each piece slightly with your fingers. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit piece.

Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese cube, pinching the seams to ensure the cheese is fully enclosed.

Step 5

Place each formed cheese bomb seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 6

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Step 7

Brush each cheese bomb with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.

Allow the cheese bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving.
