
1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the Spaghetti
Boil the spaghetti until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Make the Cheese Layer
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage or ricotta cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
4. Prepare the Meat Sauce
Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat, then stir in the spaghetti sauce.
5. Assemble the Casserole

Place a few slices of butter on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Add half of the cooked spaghetti.

Spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly over the noodles.

Layer the remaining spaghetti on top.

Dot with the remaining butter slices.

Pour the meat sauce evenly over everything.
6. Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
7. Add the Final Cheese Touch
Remove the foil, sprinkle a generous layer of grated cheese on top, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Cool and Serve
Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to set. Slice, serve, and enjoy every cheesy bite!
