Chocolate Coconut Bliss Cake

 

Ingredients:

1 box cake mix (white or yellow)

½ cup cocoa

½ cup sugar

2 cups chocolate chips

1 cup chocolate syrup

8 oz. tub Cool Whip

2 cups shredded Coconut

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×13 baking dish. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions, then add cocoa and sugar, blending well.

Pour the cake mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle 2 cups of chocolate chips over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and use a meat fork to poke holes in the cake.

Warm the chocolate syrup and pour it over the hot cake. Cover and allow the cake to cool overnight.

Mix the Cool Whip and shredded coconut together to create the frosting. Spread it over the cake and chill. Your delicious Chocolate Coconut Bliss Cake is now ready to be served. Enjoy!
