crazy peach pie. It’s peach cobbler using buttermilk. It’s so good.
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of self rising flour
1 cup of buttermilk
Mix those ingredients in a 9×13 pan. It’s going to be thick and just spread it evenly.
Dump a 29 oz can of peaches in heavy syrup on top (juice and all) of that mix and kind of swirl them around so the peaches distribute evenly.
Slice up an entire stick up butter into pats and put that in top of the peaches and bake on 350° until golden brown. About 30-45 minutes.
