Creamed Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, place the softened cream cheese. Using a mixer or a wooden spoon, blend in the chopped chipped beef and green onions until evenly combined.

  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Taste and add salt if needed. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Shape it into a ball and wrap tightly.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or until firm.

  5. Unwrap, garnish with extra green onions if desired, and serve with Ritz crackers.
