1 large cucumber, finely chopped.
⅓ head green cabbage, shredded.
⅓ head red cabbage, shredded.

20g walnuts, chopped.
¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste).
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
2 tbsp mustard (your favorite type).

1 tsp rice vinegar.
1 tsp soy sauce.
Instructions:
Step 1
In a large bowl, shred the green and red cabbage.
