How to Serve
Serve immediately with a cold drink, and watch them disappear!
Ingredients

Dill pickle chips

1 egg

All-purpose flour

Chicken broth

Salt and pepper, to taste

Oil, for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, flour, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper until smooth.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Dip each pickle slice into the batter, then carefully place into the hot oil.

Fry for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden-brown and crispy.

Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve immediately.
