2 large eggs, beaten + 1 tablespoon water.
1 cup all-purpose flour.
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (regular paprika can be used as a substitute).
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/4 cup vegetable oil.
Honey Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup honey.
2 teaspoons minced garlic.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon cornstarch + 3 tablespoons cold water.
