How to Make It
1. Prepare the Vanilla Cream

Whisk together the milk, egg, sugar, cornstarch, and vanillin.

Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
2. Prepare the Apples

Peel the apples and slice them thinly (or cut into small pieces).
3. Make the Cake Batter

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for 5–7 minutes, until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.

Mix the flour with the baking soda, then gently fold it into the egg mixture.

Add the milk and stir until smooth.

Fold in the apple pieces.
4. Assemble & Bake

Line a baking mold with parchment paper.

Spread the cake batter evenly inside.

Pour the cooled vanilla cream over the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes.
5. Serve
Let the cake cool, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and enjoy!
