How to Make It

1. Prepare the Vanilla Cream

  1. Whisk together the milk, egg, sugar, cornstarch, and vanillin.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

2. Prepare the Apples

  • Peel the apples and slice them thinly (or cut into small pieces).

3. Make the Cake Batter

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for 5–7 minutes, until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.

  2. Mix the flour with the baking soda, then gently fold it into the egg mixture.
