2 Tsp.Of onion powder.

2 Tsp.Of salt.

1 Tsp.Of black pepper.

FOR THE BBQ SAUCE:

1 ½ Cups.Of ketchup.

1 Cup.Of brown sugar.

1/2 Cup.Of apple cider vinegar.

1/2 Cup.Of water.

2 Tbsp.Of Worcestershire sauce.

2 Tsp.Of smoked paprika.

2 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

2 Tsp.Of onion powder.

1 Tsp.Of black pepper.

1 Tsp.Of salt.

1/2 Tsp.Of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste).

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preparation:

1st Step

Set the temperature to 275 degrees Fahrenheit (135 degrees Celsius) in the oven. The ribs will turn up soft and tasty if cooked this way.

2nd Step

Find the thin membrane and pull it off of the back of each rack of ribs. Tenderness and flavor are both improved by this method.

Seasoning the Ribs:

1st Step

Put the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a small bowl and mix well. The delicious rub for the ribs is ready.

2nd Step

Apply the mixture liberally to the ribs on both sides. Be careful to rub it in well so that the taste spreads throughout.

3rd Step

Wrap the rib racks in aluminum foil, one rack at a time. Transfer to a baking sheet and into the hot oven. Wait until the flesh is cooked and peels away from the bone, approximately 2.5 to 3 hours in the oven.

Preparing the BBQ Sauce:

1st Step

Mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a medium pot.

2nd Step

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring periodically. For the required thickness, let it simmer for 15–20 minutes.

Finishing Touches:

1st Step

Unwrap the ribs carefully and remove them from the oven. Spread the homemade barbecue sauce liberally on both sides of the ribs.

2nd Step

Get the broiler going. For approximately 3–4 minutes on each side, or when the sauce is caramelized and somewhat crunchy, return the ribs to the oven under the broiler.

3rd Step

Give the ribs a few minutes to cool off before cutting them up. To dip, serve with more BBQ sauce on the side.
