Sift together 280g flour and 16g baking powder, then gently fold into the wet ingredients until smooth.
Carefully fold in the chopped apples and 50g raisins.

Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking pan.
Evenly spread the cooled cream over the batter layer.
Pour the remaining batter over the cream, smoothing it to cover the entire surface.
Arrange the thin apple slices on top.
Prepare the Egg Wash:
In a small bowl, mix 1 egg yolk with 2 tbsp milk.
Brush the apple slices with the egg wash.
Bake the Cake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool slightly in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
