French Dip Biscuits

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Slice each biscuit in half horizontally and spread horseradish sauce on each piece.

  3. On the bottom halves, layer a slice of provolone and a generous portion of roast beef. Top with the remaining biscuit halves and press the edges to seal.

  4. Place the filled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. While baking, prepare the Au Jus according to the package instructions. Serve warm alongside the biscuits for dipping.
