Fresh Strawberry Jam! Yummy
I had 8 quart fresh strawberries and Sure Jel. I used that recipe.
It is 5 cups crushed strawberries, 1 package Sure Jel.
Bring that to a boil, then add 7 cups sugar and bring to a rolling boil and turn off.
Put in jars and cover with water (1-2 inches above lids) bring to a gentle boil for 10 minutes.
Take out to cool for 24 hours. Check to make sure they sealed and it’s jam! (Put any unsealed in refrigerator).
