In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken thighs and coat well with the marinade.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

Cover and refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.

Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly browned.

Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

Warm the pita breads in a dry skillet or on a grill. Place a few slices of cooked chicken on each pita bread.

Top with sliced tomato, red onion, and leaf lettuce.

Spoon a generous amount of tzatziki sauce over the chicken and vegetables.

Roll up or fold the pitas over the fillings. Serve immediately while warm.
