Ingredients:
1 package of fudge brownie mix.
2 packages of miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups.
4 cups cold milk (preferably 2%).
2 packages instant vanilla pudding.
1 cup creamy peanut butter.
4 tsp vanilla extract.
2 (8 oz) cans thawed Cool Whip.
Instructions:
Step 1
Follow the directions on the brownie mix package to prepare the batter.
Step 2
Pour into a greased 12×9-inch baking pan.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Step 4
Let cool on a wire rack.

Once cooled, cut the brownies into ¾-inch thick slices. Slice the miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups in half and set them aside for garnish.

In a large bowl, whisk the instant pudding with milk for 2 minutes, until thickened.

Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in 1 ½ cups of the Cool Whip.

In a 5-quart glass dish, layer one-third of the brownies, followed by a third of the peanut butter cups and pudding mixture.

Repeat these layers two more times.

Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top, and garnish with the remaining peanut butter cups.
