Heavenly Pineapple Cheeseball

 

Instructions:

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is completely smooth.

Step 2

Gently fold in the chopped green onions and green bell pepper.

Step 3

Mix in the salt and lemon pepper.

Step 4

Stir in 1/2 cup of the chopped pecans.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Shape it into a ball using the plastic wrap to help.

Step 6

Refrigerate the cheeseball for at least 24 hours.

Step 7

Just before serving, roll the cheeseball in the remaining chopped pecans to coat it evenly.

Step 8

Place the cheeseball in the center of a serving platter and surround it with an assortment of crackers.
