Homemade Fry Chicken

 

  • How To Make It: 

I use:

paprika

Cajun seasoning

garlic powder

onion powder

poultry season in the chicken.

I use all purpose flour in it put the same seasons you use on the meat .

Egg wash to dip the chicken in before you put it in the flour batter.

The ratio for the egg wash is one egg one tablespoon of water .

The water is to let the egg don’t stick too much on the chicken so when you fry it it smells like egg .the water prevents that .
