Instructions:
Step 1
Set your Air Pot to the “Sauté” setting.
Step 2
Once heated, add the olive oil and diced onion.
Step 3
Sauté the onions until they begin to soften, then add the ground beef and seasonings (Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic).
Step 4
Cook the beef until it is fully browned.
Step 5
Remove the meat mixture and set it aside.
Step 6
Add the water to the Air Pot, scraping the bottom well to avoid a “Burn” warning.
Step 7
Break the spaghetti noodles in half and layer them in the pot in a crisscross pattern.
Step 8
Pour the spaghetti sauce over the noodles.
Step 9
Add the diced tomatoes on top of the sauce (if using).
Step 10
Pour the water around the sides and over the top of the tomatoes.
Step 11
Gently press down to ensure the spaghetti is submerged in the water.
Secure the lid and set the valve to “Sealing.”
Step 12
Select the “Pressure Cook” setting and set the timer for 5 minutes.
Once the cooking time is complete, allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes.
Step 13
Perform a quick release until the pressure pin drops.
Step 14
Open the lid and stir the spaghetti, sauce, tomatoes, and meat together until well combined.
Step 15
Serve with a side salad and garlic cheese toast if desired.
Enjoy your homemade spaghetti!
