Honey Butter Skillet Corn

 

Instructions:

Step 1

In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together.

Step 2

Add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through.

Step 3

Add the cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy, about 3-5 minutes.

Step 4

Serve immediately.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
