Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix ½ cup honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the rib racks on it.
Step 4
Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the honey garlic sauce.
Wrap the ribs tightly with aluminum foil.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until the meat is tender and easily pulls apart.
Step 6
Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
Step 7
Continue roasting the ribs uncovered for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and caramelizes, basting with extra sauce from the baking sheet.
Step 8
Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before cutting.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately.
