Prepare Pans: Grease two loaf pans with butter or cooking spray.

Mash Filling: Use a fork to mash the apple pie filling until smooth.

Chop Apple: Dice the apple into small pieces.

Beat Eggs: Lightly beat the eggs with a fork.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, self-rising flour, and cinnamon.

Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the mashed apple pie filling and beaten eggs until fully combined.

Fill Pans: Evenly divide the batter between the two loaf pans.

Add Topping: Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the top of each loaf.
