Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing
1.5 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning: Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional for extra creaminess: 1/2 cup sour cream
Steps:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat your chosen baking dish with oil or non-stick spray.
Gently flatten the chicken breasts to about 1-inch thickness using a meat pounder for even cooking. In a bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing with sour cream if desired.
Season each chicken breast, top with 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan, and arrange them in the baking dish.
Generously coat the chicken with the sauce and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan for a golden crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and has a golden hue.
Serving Tip:
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor. To elevate the meal, consider pairing it with oven-roasted veggies or a crisp arugula salad.
