Lemon Lush Dessert

 

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Mix flour, sugar, nuts, and butter until combined. Press into a greased 13×9 inch baking dish.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Step 4

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add lemon zest, juice, and whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.

Step 5

Chill for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Whisk pudding mix and milk until smooth. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Step 7

Chill for 15 minutes.

Step 8

Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.

Step 9

Garnish with nuts, lemon zest, or lemon slices if desired.

Step 10

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serving and Storage.

Step 12

Serve chilled, cut into squares.
