Instructions:
Step 1
Sprinkle the beef with 1 tsp seasoned salt, Montreal steak spice, and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.

Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Sear the beef until cooked to your liking.
Step 4
Remove from the pan.
Step 5
Add more oil to the pan if needed.
Step 6
Add the diced bell pepper and chopped onion.
Step 7
Sprinkle with remaining 1 tsp seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
Step 8
Sauté until tender.
Step 9
Heat another pan over medium heat and spray with oil.
Step 10
Lay a tortilla in the pan and place 4 slices of provolone cheese on it.
Step 11
Add cooked steak on one side and sautéed vegetables on the other.
Let the cheese melt, then fold the tortilla in half.
Step 12
Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy on one side.
Flip and cook until the other side is crispy.
Step 13
Cut each quesadilla into four pieces and serve hot. Enjoy!
