For sour cream, I used 230 grams, equal to 1 cup.
2 small spoons.Of garlic powder.
1 small spoon.Of seasoned salt.
1/2 small spoon.Of black pepper, freshly ground.
130 grams.Of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, the equal of 1½ cups, divided.
1.30 Kg.Of boneless chicken breasts.
First, you will start by preparing your oven, it should be preheated at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Secondly, prepare a 9-by-13-inch baking dish by lightly spraying it with nonstick spray and setting it aside.
And now combine the sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese in a medium-sized mixing basin.
Step 4 :
Place the chicken breasts in the pan in an equal layer. On top of the chicken, spread the sour cream mixture evenly. The remaining Parmesan cheese should be sprinkled on top.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and is no longer pink.
Place the pan on the broiler for 2-3 minutes, until the top is gently browned, and then turn the oven to bake.
