Melt in Your Mouth Chicken is a simple chicken meal dish that is tender and rich in flavor. It is a must-try! This meal may be prepared in less than 5 minutes and placed in the oven for around 35 minutes to bake. Over the last year, this MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN has been such a huge success with my readers so I wanted to update the article and recipe to add some new tips and techniques I’ve learned since I first published it.

That traditional, simple chicken meal that I’m sure you’ve tried at some time in your life is here for you to enjoy today. Although my mother used to prepare it using mayo, I always felt she may have used a bit too much of it, which was OK with me. Using mayonnaise, in my view, is a delicate balance.
Anyway, in order to put that entire debate to rest, I use sour cream in my recipe, which seems to be a hit with everyone since it is almost invisible. Adding sour cream to chicken breasts also helps to tenderize them, which results in these very juicy and tasty pieces of chicken on your dish. It’s very excellent!
