Instructions:

In a bowl, combine 1 cup warm water, 2 1/4 tsp yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Mix in 3 cups flour, 2 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tsp salt. Knead until smooth.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll them out into mini pizza bases on a floured surface.

Transfer the pizza bases to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread 1-2 tbsp pizza sauce on each base, leaving the edges clear.

Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and diced ham.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Let the mini pizzas cool for a few minutes before serving.
