Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Whisk in the milk, egg, and melted butter until well blended. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat it with cooking spray.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the edges and in the middle of each pancake, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
