Peanut Butter Balls with Chocolate Rice Krispies

 

Instructions:

Step 1

Line a muffin pan with paper liners and lightly grease them.

Step 2

In a saucepan over low heat, melt together 1 cup crunchy peanut butter, 6 tablespoons honey, and 1/8 teaspoon salt until smooth.

Step 3

Remove from heat and stir in 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.

Step 4

Scoop mixture into the prepared muffin pan, pressing firmly to shape into balls.

Step 5

In a separate saucepan over low heat, melt 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.

Step 6

Spoon melted chocolate over each ball, covering evenly.

Step 7

Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.

Step 8

Once chilled, remove from liners and enjoy your treats!
