Ingredients
-
1½ pounds lean ground beef
-
2 bell peppers (any color), diced
-
½ yellow onion, chopped
-
1 garlic clove, minced
-
1 teaspoon seasoned salt (like Lawry’s or Morton’s)
-
4 slices Provolone cheese
-
4 large eggs
-
¼ cup heavy cream
-
1 teaspoon hot sauce
-
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and set it aside.
2. Sauté the Beef and Veggies
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s no longer pink. Drain any extra grease.
Add the diced bell peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until the veggies are soft and fragrant.
3. Season & Transfer
Stir in the seasoned salt. Once well combined, transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
