Ingredients:
125 ml (1/2 cup) roasted and drained red bell peppers.
250g (8 oz) of cream cheese.
125 ml (1/2 cup) VH® Cherry Sauce.
2 mL (1/2 teaspoon) VH® Soy Sauce.
3 tbsp. of chili sauce.
45 ml (3 tbsp.) of finely chopped scallions.
Directions:
Step 1
To start, finely chop the roasted and drained peppers in an electric blender.
Step 2
Then, in a mixing bowl, combine the chopped peppers with cream cheese, VH® Cherry Sauce, VH® Soy Sauce, and chili sauce, and mix until well combined.
Step 3
Next, quickly process the green onions in a food processor.
Step 4
Finally, serve this flavorful pepper cheese sauce with chicken, vegetables, or biscuits.
