Beat the mixture until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cooled pumpkin mixture. Spread over the cream cheese layer.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Prepare the Topping: Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
