Directions:

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking dish.

Finish the Pumpkin Filling: Whisk egg whites with the remaining sugar over low heat until they reach 160°F (70°C).

Beat the mixture until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cooled pumpkin mixture. Spread over the cream cheese layer.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
