Quick and Easy Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

 

Instructions:

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add broccoli, mushrooms, and yellow bell pepper to the skillet.

Step 3

Cook for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. Remove the vegetables, cover, and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and cook the chicken breast pieces until no longer pink in the center and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet with the chicken.

In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, chicken broth, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
