500 grams (approximately three medium-sized) cooked potatoes.

30 grams of butter.

50 milliliters of milk.

1 large egg.

Salt to taste (at least 1 teaspoon).

150 grams of flour.

1 thinly sliced onion.

1 grated carrot.

500 grams of chopped mushrooms.

Vegetable oil for frying.

Garlic (to taste).

150 grams of grated cheese.

A small bunch of dill for garnishing.

Instructions:
