Ingredients:

200 grams crab meat, chopped.

200 grams shrimp, decorated and deveined.

2 tablespoons butter.

1 onion, finely chopped.

2 shallots, chopped.

2 celery stalks, thinly sliced.

2 cups all-purpose flour.

4 tablespoons seafood broth.

3/4 cup heavy cream.

1/4 teaspoon tomato paste.

1/4 tablespoon dry white wine (optional).

2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning.

1 paprika pastry cup.

Salt and pepper to taste.

2 cups chopped fresh parsley.

1 laurel leaf.

Instructions:

Step 1

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion, shallots, and celery, and sauté until translucent.

Sprinkle in the flour and stir continuously for about 2 minutes.

Step 3
