Very simple, but very tasty!
- How To Make It:
I make this dish a few different ways, but this is the quickest and easiest.
First, I sauteed a pound of raw tail-on shrimp in garlic butter, seasoned with salt, Old Bay, and red pepper flakes.
I removed the cooked shrimp from the pan and set them to the side.
Then I poured a jar of prepared alfredo sauce into the pan and stirred it into the leftover butter and seasonings.
I added season salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese. While that simmered, I pulled the tails off the shrimp before adding them back to the pan.
Then I just mixed a pound of boiled penne into the the sauce.
Served with a sprinkle of parmesan on top.
Enjoy.
