First, drain the canned salmon and remove any bones or skin, then, transfer the salmon to a mixing bowl.

Then, finely chop the onion and add it to the mixing bowl with the salmon.

After that, add eggs, lemon juice, ground pepper, salt, and breadcrumbs to the mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly until well combined.

In this step, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties according to your preference.
