Instructions:
Step 1
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.

Drain excess fat.
Step 3
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Set aside to cool.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, bell peppers, black olives, pinto beans, tomatoes, green onions, and cheddar cheese.

Add cooled seasoned beef to the salad ingredients.
Step 6
Crush Doritos slightly and sprinkle over the salad.
Step 7
Drizzle Catalina dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Step 8
Optionally garnish with sour cream and additional green onions.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
