Simple Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

 

Ingredients:

1 lb. shaved Roast Beef

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

9 slices provolone cheese

1 large bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup chopped onion

4 tablespoons butter (divided)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 dozen dinner rolls

2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Topping

Everything Bagel Topping:

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup poppy seeds

1/4 cup dried onion flakes

1/4 cup black sesame seeds (optional)

1 tablespoon Garlic Salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare Everything Bagel Mix:

In a small bowl, combine all “Everything Bagel Mix” ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Create Everything Bagel Butter:

In another small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons melted butter with 2 tablespoons of Everything Bagel Mix. Set aside.

Saute Vegetables:

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Saute chopped vegetables until tender and slightly golden. Set aside.

Cook Roast Beef:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil and cook 1 lb. shaved Roast Beef until heated through and slightly grilled.

Prepare Sliders:

Carefully cut dinner rolls in half, keeping them together to create a top and bottom.
Place the bottom of the rolls in a 9 x 13 baking pan and spread mayonnaise over them.

Top rolls with heated beef, spreading it evenly over the buns.
Layer Provolone cheese over the meat, followed by the sauteed vegetables.

Bake:

Place the pan in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven, add bun tops, brush with everything bagel butter, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve:

Once out of the oven, cut the sliders into individual sandwiches and serve.
