4 to 5 pounds baby back ribs

In a zip-top bag, pour the barbecue sauce.
Add brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and optional cayenne pepper.
Step 2:
Seal the bag and knead it to mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly.
Open the bag, place ribs inside, and seal it again.
Step 3:
Shake the bag to ensure the ribs are completely covered with the marinade.
Spray the inner part of the crockpot.
Step 4:
Open the bag and transfer the ribs to the crockpot.
Pour half of the sauce from the bag over the ribs to ensure full coverage.
Step 5:
Cook on high heat for 4 to 5 hours or on low heat for 9 hours until the meat easily falls off the bone.
For lean meat that stays on the bone, cook on low heat for 7 hours until the meat is boneless.
