Ingredients:

4 cups thinly sliced potatoes (about 6 medium potatoes).

1 thinly sliced onion.

1.5 cups diced cooked ham.

1 cup crumbled cheddar cheese.

10 3/4 ounces (1 can) cream of mushroom soup.

1/2 cup milk.

1/2 cup sour cream.

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

1/2 teaspoon paprika.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

Butter, for greasing.

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.

Instructions:

Step 1

Grease the slow cooker with butter to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Layer half of the ham, onions, and potatoes in the slow cooker.

Step 3

Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the layers.

Step 4

Repeat with the remaining ham, onions, potatoes, and cheese.

Step 5
