Smoked Brisket & Beer Cheese Pretzel Bombs

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded smoked brisket with the beer cheese dip until combined.

  3. Assemble Bombs: On a lightly floured surface, flatten each piece of biscuit dough. Add a spoonful of the brisket-cheese mixture to the center of each dough circle. Carefully wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges together to seal tightly and form a smooth ball.

  4. Make Pretzel Wash: Dissolve the baking soda in the warm water in a separate bowl.

  5. Dip Dough Balls: Submerge each dough ball briefly in the baking soda solution. Place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. Add Toppings: Sprinkle the tops of the dough balls with coarse salt.

  7. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Finish: Once out of the oven, brush the warm pretzel bombs with melted butter. Serve hot and enjoy!
