Spinach Stuffed Pastry

 

Directions:

Step 1

Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix cooked spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.

Cut each sheet into 4 squares.

Place some filling in the center of each square.

Fold and seal the edges with a fork.

Place on the baking sheet.

Brush the tops with beaten egg.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
