Stuffed bell peppers
1 can Tomatoe with sauce . its just to put in the bottom of the pan.
And add the left over tomatoes to the stuffings.
Garlic pepper crushed red pepper
1/2 cup parboiled rice.( i used tjis because its a more harder rice it stays together even when over cooked.
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp cajun season
1 medium onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 bell peppers any colour .cut in half.
Parmesan cheese and cheddar jack cheese!
Mix 6 tbsp tomatoe sauce with the tsp sugar add it to the bottom of the pan your gonna use to bake the peppers in.
In a large skillet add sausage and mince beef sautee until colour changes a bit .
then add onion ,oregano ,blackpepper, garlic powder, cajun season, season salt ketchup and Worcestershire sauce mix well sautee like another two miniutes .
Remove to a big bowl add rice parmesan cheese it and mix then add it to the cut peppers
Place in the pan then add more tomatoe sauce on top cheddar jack cheese.
And sprinkle with parsley cover with foil.
Bake 400 degrees for an hour .Then serve.
