Instructions:

Step 1

In a blender, combine one box of strawberry gelatin with 200 grams of cream and 325 milliliters of water. Blend until smooth.

Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass dish and refrigerate until set.

In the same blender (no need to clean it), combine one box of pineapple gelatin with the remaining cream. Blend until smooth.

Step 4

Once the strawberry layer has set, pour the pineapple mixture over it in the glass dish.

Step 5

In a pot, melt 200 grams of chocolate with 200 grams of cream, stirring until smooth.

Step 6

Pour the ganache over the pineapple layer in the glass dish.

Step 7

Place the assembled dessert in the refrigerator for at least an hour, allowing it to set completely.
