Ingredients (Serving 6):
3 large russet potatoes
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. parsley chips
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Bake Garlic Parmesan Fries:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into long, thin French fries.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss the fries evenly.
Spread the fries on a baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 30 minutes. Turn the fries halfway through cooking.
Sprinkle the fries with parsley flakes and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes, until cooked to your liking.
