Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Step 5
Stir in the homemade taco seasoning and water, mixing well.

Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Transfer the parchment paper to your work surface.
Step 8
Roll out the pizza dough on the parchment paper until it measures approximately 10 x 15 inches.

Using a pizza cutter, make 1 1/2-inch thick slices along both long sides of the dough, cutting 3 inches in from each side.

Place the cooked ground beef down the center of the dough.
Step 11
Sprinkle 3/4 cup of shredded cheese over the beef and top with the diced tomato.
Step 12
Starting at one end of the dough, fold the end up and then wrap the first two slices over to secure it.
Step 13
Continue wrapping the remaining slices until just the last two slices are left.
