Taco-Stuffed Pasta Shells

1. Cook the Pasta
Boil the jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to keep them from sticking.

2. Preheat Oven & Brown the Beef
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat.

3. Add Garlic
Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Make the Filling
Add taco seasoning, cream cheese, and salsa to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese melts completely and the mixture is smooth. Let it cool slightly.

5. Stuff Shells & Bake
Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture. Arrange the stuffed shells in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded taco blend cheese on top and bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve warm. Perfect for a fun, comforting meal the whole family will love!
