Tater Tot Breakfast Bake

 

Ingredients:

2 lbs. hot breakfast sausage.

1 (30-32 oz) bag frozen tater tots.

1 tsp salt.

1/2 tsp pepper.

1/4 tsp garlic powder.

1/4 tsp onion powder.

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

8 eggs.

2 cups milk.

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage until cooked through.

Drain excess grease.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, frozen tater tots, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared baking pan.

In another mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
