1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Sauté the Vegetables
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic; cook for 4–5 minutes until soft and fragrant.

3. Build the Base
Place bread cubes in a large bowl. Add the sautéed vegetables, poultry seasoning, sage, salt, pepper, parsley, and any optional add-ins.

4. Add the Liquid
In a separate bowl, whisk together the broth and eggs. Pour over the bread mixture and gently stir until evenly moistened.

5. Shape & Bake
Form the mixture into golf-ball-sized bites and arrange on the baking sheet. Bake for 22–25 minutes, until golden and crisp on the outside but tender inside.
