THE BEST HOMEMADE APPLE FRITTERS!

HOW TO MAKE BEST HOMEMADE APPLE FRITTERS!

I really like using apples in baking, and I am a huge fan of apple fritters in any form. This simple recipe for Apple Fritters is the most time-efficient and delicious method to prepare this time-honored dessert. One of my all-time favorite treats is a hot, freshly cooked donut topped with a glaze that I prepared myself. A little bit like everyone’s favorite funnel cake, but MUCH more delicious!

A basic pan, some oil, and some apples are all you need to make these delicious apple fritters from scratch. On the inside, they are chewy and sweet, while on the exterior, they are crispy. If you eat them when they are still warm and fresh, you will undoubtedly get the most satisfying flavor from them. They go well with a hot cup of coffee or a tall glass of milk first thing in the morning.

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:

190 grams.Of sifted all-purpose flour.

50 grams.Of granulated sugar.

2 Tsp.Of baking powder.

½ Tsp.Of salt.

2 Tsp.Of cinnamon powder.

½ Cup.Of unsweetened applesauce.

½ Cup.Of almond milk.

diced apple; I used 2 large-sized.

For frying, I used vegetable oil.

FOR MAKING THE GLAZE; YOU’LL NEED THESE INGREDIENTS:

3 Cup.Of powdered sugar.

⅓ Cup.Of almond milk.

½ Tsp.Of vanilla extract.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

To mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, use a big basin and whisk all of the ingredients together.

2nd Step

Mix the applesauce and milk into the dry ingredients until they are almost completely incorporated. Combine the chopped apples with the mixture.

3rd Step

In a big skillet, bring about 2 inches of oil to a temperature that is around 375 degrees. Take one-third of a cup of the fritter batter and drop it into the heated oil. Then, spread it out to make it as flat as possible.

4th Step

To get a golden brown color on one side, fry for approximately two to three minutes, then turn with tongs and cook for another one to two minutes.

5th Step

Put the fried fritters on a cooling rack with a pan or some parchment paper below them to collect the oil that will drop off them as they cool, and keep going with the rest of the batter.

6th Step

Combine all of the ingredients for the glaze in a bowl of medium size and whisk until smooth.

7th Step

Coat each fritter with it and set them aside. Place the mixture back on the rack so that it may cool and drip.

ENJOY IT!!!
